La Viña was first published in July of 1996 and has been published on a bi-monthly basis ever since.

La Viña contains mostly original Spanish-language materials as well as relevant articles from the Grapevine, in translation.

You don't have to be Spanish-speaking to take advantage of La Viña as a Twelfth-Step tool. Many AAs find it helpful for encouraging a newcomer, or working with CPC (Cooperation with the Professional Community), Treatment Facilities, Correctional Facilities, and Public Information Committees. It is also a tool for unity between the English- and Spanish-speaking Fellowship.
