If you have requested express shipping service and your online order total for related items is over $20, we will bill your credit card for the amount of the preferred shipping method.

Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations:
The unused portion of a magazine and a Digital Archive subscription will be refunded upon request.

Product Orders:
Overpayments of $10 or less are refunded upon request. Overpayments of $10 are refunded automatically.

Product Returns:
Returns of merchandise must be pre-approved by customer service to be refunded. In the U.S. call: (800) 631-6025.
