Home group heartbreaker

Sometimes following group conscience is the hardest thing in the world

Attendance at my home group is falling off. As late as last year we attracted 30 to 40 faithful souls weekly, sometimes more. We’re down to 10 to 12 now, with a core of six members who show regularly. We host a 90-minute Step and Tradition study meeting, in a large, beautiful meeting room, with a half-time break, coffee, cookies and free literature on the table, and active members attuned to newcomers visiting from a local rehab.
